Jason Frazier joins Family Promise of Greater Denver as the new Executive Director with over 15 years’ experience in leading non-profit organizations. Jason has had a passion for non-profit work and has been helping families and those in need for the past 21 years.

He is originally from the sunny state of Arizona where he was Regional Executive Director for 11 years at Mothers Against Drunk Driving and oversaw all operations for Arizona and Nevada. Jason led the Arizona chapter of MADD to record breaking numbers in fundraising/development while increasing advocacy programs throughout the state to serve victims of impaired driving. Jason had the honor of working with many community partners including law enforcement, civil attorneys, judges, social workers, advocates, teachers, athletes, and much more.

In 2021, Jason moved with his family to Colorado Springs and served as Executive Director for 2 years at StableStrides leading efforts to increase fundraising/development and increase the number of clients being served through physical, occupational, speech therapy, and mental health services. In his first year as Executive Director, StableStrides saw the highest revenue in the history of the organization.

Jason loves Colorado and all that the community has to offer. In his spare time he loves spending time with his family, hiking, watching sports, and exploring our beautiful state.

Jeri is a Colorado Native with over 15 years of experience working to encourage, support, and strengthen families and communities. She graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor’s in Social Work and is a certified Healthy Relationships Facilitator.

Jeri's first experience with Family Promise was in 2000, when she and her five small children went through the Shelter program. She attributes following this career path to a family advocate at Family Promise (then called Interfaith Hospitality Network) who encouraged her to follow her dreams. “I feel so blessed and honored to be able to come back to the agency that helped me and my family in a time of need. I feel my journey has come full circle."

As the Home Program Advocate, Jeri provides ongoing support to families once they obtain stable housing. Her goal is to help families maintain housing by focusing on financial stability and linking families to essential resources in the community.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new things.

Julie Gart has dedicated her career to developing strong collaborative relationships with companies, agencies, volunteers and donors all with the goal to serve the highest needs and increase engagement in the community. She started her career in Austin, Texas as an Event Manager and had the pleasure of working with Lady Bird Johnson and her daughters at the LBJ Library. Together, they planted bluebonnets all down the Texas highways that still bloom today. This inspired Julie to dedicate her career to nonprofit work. Throughout her career Julie has donated bikes in low-income communities, inspired girls to run, made a difference with children going through life-threatening medical experiences and empowered children to succeed!

Julie is extremely curious, entrepreneurial and loves taking on new challenges. Throughout her career she has been recognized as being a “people enthusiast.” She thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and embraces the challenge of delivering the best experiences. Julie has a strong willingness to take on new challenges to continue building relationships. She recently earned her certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility; an exciting and transformative space, she enjoys this work and the community very much.

A Colorado native, Julie loves the lifestyle it has to offer! Outside of work, Julie is also an outdoors enthusiast and views the world through an artistic lens. Julie’s father taught her at an early age the importance of giving back. In his loving memory, Julie is inspired to ensure everyone has a home as part of her future endeavors.

Elizabeth has been working for Family Promise of Greater Denver since January 2023. Prior to her work with FPGD, Elizabeth was the Development Coordinator for Rocky Mountain Children’s Health Foundation in Arvada, CO. She comes from a background of linguistics and digital humanities work.

In her current role of Data & Grants Manager, Elizabeth manages our Salesforce operations and communicates with all our government partners to keep assistance moving to families in our community who need it most. She hopes to leverage technology to support the FPGD staff and families as much as possible.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys tabletop games, cooking, and political organizing. She’s often known to be on a committee call on her phone at the same time as she tries her hand at a new recipe!

In 2012 I received my bachelor's degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a concentration in nonprofits. I started my work shortly thereafter at The Rising Church in Arvada. I was Foodbank Director for eight years and during that time implemented the ability for our guests to get showers, then added the clothing bank and then eventually started as Director of Mission Arvada at The Rising. I was director for two years before moving on to caring for children whose parent's needed childcare during COVID when daycares were closing.

I love what nonprofits do for our communities and cannot imagine doing anything else. I especially appreciate working with people and families experiencing homelessness due to getting to know many personally working at the church. I developed relationships with individuals and families that impacted me greatly.

I love living in Colorado and enjoy being outdoors. I have fun riding off road ATV's, camping and hiking our many trails.

Danielle joined the Family Promise team after relocating to Colorado from Illinois in 2022. She received her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Southern Illinois University and quickly began working in the nonprofit world. Danielle has a strong background working as a Case Manager and supervising Case Management in shelter settings for individuals experiencing homelessness and domestic violence.

Using her background in multiple shelter settings, Danielle has gained a passion for the day to day operations of shelter programs. As the Day Site Operations Manager, Danielle focuses on making sure that the day to day goes smoothly. She works to prevent any errors before they occur, develops programs for adults and children who are present at the Day Site, and creates operations protocol and processes. In addition to operations, Danielle also manages the volunteer program at FPGD.

Danielle hopes to continue to build on the programs that already exist at FPGD and work to make the Day Site a place where clients can come, feel safe and know that their needs will be met! It is most important to Danielle to create a trauma informed environment where everyone's voice can be heard and everyone works together to end the stigma around homelessness.

When Danielle is not working, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, thrifting, going to comedy shows and playing rugby!

Quiera is a native of Colorado, but prefers water over mountains. She is a true Pisces. Quiera began working for FPGD in July 2023 as a Shelter Family Advocate. Quiera is very passionate about working with populations that are often misunderstood, discriminated against and silenced. Quiera has worked with victims of domestic violence, homeless populations, LGBTQIA+, and individuals with co-occurring disorders.

Quiera knew that she wanted to work in a helping profession following the suicide of her best friend in 1990 and his brother in 2000 . Everyday she struggles with the what if’s often associated with family and friends left behind following a suicide. It is for this reason coupled with others that she strives to make sure that no one feels alone or insignificant.


Quiera received her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, with a minor in Anthropology, from the University of Colorado Boulder. She received her Masters in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, where she was inducted into the Whitney M. Young Jr. Dean’s Honor Society. Quiera is planning to return to school to obtain her PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2024. Quiera absolutely loves obtaining knowledge and truly misses being in school. Classmates often became upset with her, because she requested more assignments.


Quiera enjoys spending time with her daughter, anything pertaining to helping animals, learning and speaking new languages, Sunflowers, Journey concerts, traveling, Van Gogh, Joan Crawford, Bette Davis, writing poetry/fiction, synchronized swimming, scuba diving, watching boxing, roller skating and ice skating.

I love Family Promise, I was once a shelter family. Then I was fortunate enough to come back as the Shelter Family Advocate for 4 years, I took a break and worked in a less demanding position else were. I just recently returned to Family Promise in a less demanding role as Bridge Program Specialist. I am the mother of 2 vivacious little men 6 (Loyal) and 14 (Kourtlan) . These two keep me busy. I am excited to join this new team, new position, I can’t wait to see what lies ahead!!!
